The other thing I have noticed is that despite it appearing that sensors are reading correctly in data scan, corrosion or an intermittent break is enough to cause weird issues. I had a weird stalling problem a few years back. All sensors were reading correctly. Even replaced the O2s. Later, I discovered the EFI harness had some resistance between the O2 connectors and the pins on the ECU connector. The harness had corrosion a good 25" from the O2 connector up. I cut and soldered some fresh wire and it solved the problem.
